ABOUT TIKI JOHN
Tiki John is an amateur mixologist passionate about rum and craft cocktails. Founder of the Virginia Rum Club, Florida Rum Society Ambassador, and co-founder of the Rum Consumers Alliance, he creates original recipes, judges competitions, and shares his knowledge through tastings and talks. Having visited over 100 distilleries worldwide, his home bar, the Hidden Oasis, features a global rum library. His motto: “There’s a rum for everyone, drink what you like, but know what you drink!”

Devon “Kitty” Lopez, Beverage Director for Baystar Restaurant Group and Manager of Bar Tiki CWB and Marina Cantina, brings over 20 years of hospitality experience to Florida’s vibrant bar scene. A proud Florida native, she leads her spirited “Bar Tiki Babes” in creating playful, one-of-a-kind cocktails that celebrate Tiki culture with a modern twist. Known for her creativity, energy, and passion, Devon delivers unforgettable experiences that inspire her team and delight guests.
